The challenge

Having launched a new global Total Rewards brand, ‘The Winning Formula’ and a number of fresh new communication products, The Coca-Cola Company wanted us to help them to:

  • Increase employee involvement and performance
  • Educate managers on how to prepare for rewards conversations
  • Raise awareness and enhance understanding of what Total Rewards means for employees


Creation and delivery of two animated videos that provided managers with a better understanding of the link between pay and performance

To illustrate the changes to long-term incentive plans to all business unit associates


  • Responsive mail-shot featuring both videos sent to 8,500 employees
  • More than 60% of the audience opened the responsive email
  • Click-Through-Rate (CTR) of 30%
