Since 2016, we have been partnering with this famous US organisation to support them in achieving their goals. With a mix of trust, collaboration, passion and reliability, their internal communications have been transformed.
The first project we worked on was building an internal communication identity to bring their initiatives to life and make them relevant for their diverse employee audience.
Not letting a 3,500 mile cross-Atlantic gap between our offices get in the way(!), we have built a strong and trusting relationship where we act as a true extension of their team, every day. We work with them on engaging internal communications and joined-up projects across the entire employee lifecycle from employee surveys, recruitment and onboarding to information security, performance management, Reward, benefits and recognition.
As we are always looking at ways to refine and improve the work we do to drive positive cultural change, our team looks forward to getting even more involved in their broader communication strategy and helping to introduce other effective channels including podcasts and internal social media.
Over the last few years working with the team, we have developed a strong brand for recruitment in specific sectors and onboarding. The creative reflects the vibrant and exciting culture of this market leading brand, and we have rolled out communications including web banners, recruitment fair materials, employee handbook and a range of onboarding collateral.

We produced a comprehensive toolkit of artwork from floor stickers, elevator stickers, magnets to posters, managing the transition for employees returning to the workplace after the Covid-19 lockdown
