We are looking to partner with talented freelance Art Directors and conceptual copywriters to create original, big idea concepts and inspiring campaigns across a range of channels for our global clients.
Working with our expert team, you’ll develop and execute concepts based on project briefs, revise direction and finalise the concept. You’ll be a strategic thinker, who is brilliant at crafting the way a brand connects with its people through campaign execution and delivery.
Our briefs vary hugely from day to day, from developing an internal brand to devising a campaign to change employees’ mind-set and behaviour.
We use a marketing approach to deliver employee communication that really engages colleagues: this approach treats internal campaigns in the same way as external marketing and advertising campaigns.

Previous experience in employee communication would be useful but by no means a necessity. We work with freelancers on a regular and mid to long-term project basis.
