So, 2015 has well and truly begun. A belated happy new year to you all! Is now the time to ask how your business growth marketing and brand resolutions are going?
We’re bursting with motivation and creativity and ready, once again, to put our brains together to deliver the very best marketing and communications for our clients this year and beyond.
In our efforts to continue to provide you with this excellent level of service, we’re always looking for skilled and enthusiastic people to join the Caburn Hope team. This is the reason why we’re so excited to introduce you to our newest employee!
Holly joins us from Sapient Nitro. Having relocated to Sussex from London three years ago, it was time for her to move away from the life of a commuter, she says
With over 10 years’ agency experience, started with the Institute of Sales Promotion, Holly is a truly rounded marketer.
She brings into the Caburn Hope mix her strong skills in project management and client service, as well as her calm and strategic approach. With skills in digital, TV, brand, loyalty and direct marketing, Holly has worked with many varying clients, ranging from Felix and Go-Cat to Imodium, Carphone Warehouse and Papa Johns.
Her most recent clients include BSkyB where she worked across a breadth of accounts including Retail, Acquisition, Customer Marketing and Republic of Ireland. This has given her strong experience in direct communication strategy.
One of the favourite marketing projects she’s worked on, in 2009, was a TV ad for Papa John’s. “I’d never worked on a TV campaign before, and loved it. No new filming was done. We spliced together lots of different clips, so it was a really creative process – like putting together a very complicated jigsaw puzzle. And we got lots of free pizza!” Watch the ad here.
We’re always curious to know what people keep on their work desks, so we can also tell you that for Holly it’s healthy snacks all the way (organic crackers and banana today)! And when she’s not at work, you’ll find her doing some yoga (Holly’s boyfriend is a yoga teacher) or in the park with her two-year old son. She says:
“I’m looking forward to making a real impact in my new role with Caburn Hope. I’m already getting my teeth into some resourcing and scheduling. It would be great to work with a new client to deliver them some brilliant results for their business goals. And I now get to avoid the extra hours on the train to London, so I can hang out with my family more too. Bring it on 2015!”
