Ahead of the curve: Caburn Hope judges at UK Employee Experience Awards 2018

The employee experience awards have been created to recognise and celebrate organisations teams and individuals who are achieving excellence in employee experience. A vehicle for sharing best practice, the awards enable the organisations who enter to promote continuous improvement, learning and personal development.

One of our founders and lead consultant Christopher Hopkins, was asked to join a panel of expert judges from across the industry in recognition of his expertise in the world of employee communication and engagement.

The awards themselves are divided into three sections:

  • Discipline specific – including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and reward and recognition;
  • Future employment – including business transformation, technology for productivity and innovation in recruitment; and
  • Leadership in employee experience – including future stars, team of the year, Leader in employee experience

The awards take place on the 17th of May where the decisions made by Christopher and his fellow judges will be revealed and the winners will collect their rewards.

Its fair to say Christopher has found the judging experience to be an interesting process; “What’s great to see is the volume and variety of organisations and individuals that are recognising and investing in improving the employee experience. However, what’s also very apparent is that employee experience as a concept is still in its infancy and there’s much more that can be done to achieve truly transformational change.”

Christopher is always up for a debate so whether you’d like to talk about the future of employee experience or the rise and fall of the roman empire (he’s a passionate historian) why not get in touch.
