We are a market-leading employee communications agency in search of a digitally focussed Account Manager to scope, manage and deliver marketing and employee communications projects for our global, business-leading clients.

Key duties would include:

  • Managing end-to-end digital projects, including budgeting, scheduling, developing specifications and ensuring the execution of deliverables to the highest standards
  • Consulting, managing and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Growing our business through the highest levels of client interaction and account management

Person specification:

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate recent experience in managing digital projects, including the development of websites, intranets, applications and digital marketing collateral. They enjoy keeping up with the latest trends, developments and best practice, and can translate their knowledge into effective and innovative solutions that will exceed our clients’ expectations.

We’re looking for a bright individual with whose analytical project management brain is also confident dabbling in the more creative side of things. In addition this is a company where your tenacity will see you as a team player who enjoys driving your own projects whilst learning and thinking on your feet.

Skills required:
  • Project management skills in delivery of large projects
  • Interpretation of complex briefs and development of proposals
  • Management of website design and build projects
  • Website content population using one or more content management systems
  • Experience/understanding of developing optimal user experiences and user interfaces
  • Multi-portal/system integration – e.g. intranet and internal systems
  • Ability to cultivate account value and maximise potential
  • Fine attention to detail – a passion for interpreting data to ensure a truly personalised experience in our solutions
  • Tracking of project financials including, budget creation and maintenance, financial tracking and change-in-scope management
  • Previous experience gained in an agency environment and knowledge of marketing and/or internal communications principles is highly desirable
