We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to scope, manage and deliver Employee Communication projects and develop new business by establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships. Working closely with our Account Director you will:

  • Develop sales and grow accounts through a high level of client facing activity
  • Direct internal / external resourcing to ensure all project requirements are met
  • Consult, manage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be responsible for budget, schedule and price control

Person specification:

This position will suit someone with experience in a fast paced agency and ideally with internal/employee comms experience. With an upbeat ‘hands-on’ approach, fantastic communication skills and business acumen, you will have the ability to build genuinely robust relationships founded on trust and transparency. Your cross-media skills will include a strong digital emphasis as much of our work is on-line. You will embrace face to face meetings with clients in London, across the UK and abroad.

As a result, we need someone who has the confidence and gravitas to consult and advise our UK and international clients.

Skills required:

This role requires senior level client relationship management on a day-to-day basis. The perfect candidate will have a background in employee/internal communication, a robust knowledge of media channels - in particular web/digital - and experience in integrated project management from start to finish. You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Ability to cultivate account value and maximise potential
  • 2-3 years agency experience
  • Employee / Internal Comms experience preferred
  • Project management skills in delivery of large projects (£100k +)
  • Experience in preparation and presentation of communication proposals/solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and client /supplier handling skills
  • Fine attention to detail and high standards – you love what you do
  • A strong character and team player that works well under pressure in a busy office
